Reiki
Reiki is healing technique, an Eastern belief and was developed by Mikao Usui reiki in the 1920s.The term comes from two Japanese words:“Rei,” which means universal, and “ki,” a “life force energy”.
The use of Reiki technique has been increasing and a growing number of Americans use it to help with relaxation, anxiety, stress, depression, pain management, since it brings a feeling of peace and serenity.
Reiki guides the vital energy that flows through your body. The idea is that a Reiki practitioner uses gentle touch or sometimes places their hands just a few inches above your body to help guide this energy with the intention of promoting balance and healing.

Energy Healing
Energy Healing restores the flow and balance of the energy throughout the mind, body, and soul. This traditional healing system works in direct conjunction with the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of well-being. Many conditions can be improved and alleviated, especially those related to emotional and mental health.
As we go through our life journeys, we all undergo experiences that disturb the energy flow in the body. Energy Healing can restore the proper flow of our energy. Every aspect of our lives is affected by the energy vital to our body. Several methods and techniques exist within Energy Healing; each work differently to heal an individual.

Pranic Healing
The body has the natural ability to heal itself. Pranic Healing is a purely energy healing system, without touch.
Prana is the “life force energy;” Pranic Healing uses this energy to increase the rate at which the body heals itself.
Many conditions can be improved through Pranic healing, including headaches, back pain, migraines, multiple sclerosis, ulcers, influenza, asthma, and many more.
While the fundamentals of Pranic Healing date back very far, Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui has developed Pranic Healing through 20 years of experiments and evidence-based research. This healing system has been developed to provide immediate positive results contributing to better health and an overall better quality of life.

Spiritual Healing
“Spiritual” derives from the latin word “spiritus” meaning “breath of life.” The spiritual aspect refers to spiritual energy working at a deep level on our spiritual being.
Spiritual healing is best experienced rather than described as there are no words to explain this a divine experience. It is not faith healing, and furthermore, is not associated with any religion.
The healer or facilitator, guides and transfers the energy (not her/his own energy), but the “Universal” or Divine energy by channeling healing energy for the mind, body and spirit. When I do healing, I channel the healing energy and transfer this energy to the recipient of this energy, therefore, the person seeking healing, should be relaxed and willing to receive the divine energy.
“A treatment that involves the transfer of energy through the healer to the recipient. It promotes self-healing by relaxing the body, releasing tensions and strengthening the body’s own immune system. Healing is natural and non-invasive with the intention of bringing the recipient into a state of balance and wellbeing on all levels’ (NFSH Healing Trust)”
Healing is becoming more and more known as we are becoming more aware of higher consciousness, quantum healing, and getting closer to living at a higher vibrational frequency. There have been many studies and experiments by physicists and neurophysiologists which showed:
– An increase of magnetic energy in patient and the healer
– Increased alpha brain waves in patient and the healer during a healing session.
The healing involves the transfer of energy; it is not from the healer him or herself, but the healer links with Universal or Divine energy to channel healing for the mind, body, and spirit of the recipient. It promotes self-healing by relaxing the body, releasing tensions, deprogramming, releasing traumas and strengthening the body’s own immune system. Healing is natural and non-invasive with the intention of bringing the recipient into a state of balance and wellbeing on all levels.
